Specifically designed by Brevini Winches to satisfy the needs of companies that manufacture drilling machinery, earth-moving equipment, and stationary or truck cranes, these compact winches have an integrated brake and speed reducing gear inside the drum. The lubrication system, including the filler cap, is housed in the winch frame, which avoids having to unwind the rope during ordinary maintenance procedures. As a result, maintenance takes less time and worker safety is increased. Easily adapted to suit particular application requirements, they can be equipped with a hydraulic or electric motor.

The HW series winches come in two versions: winch and support frame or motorized drum ( drum, motor, transmission bearings, and lubrication system to be installed on the static part) . The motorized drum version, requested by OEM and especially drilling machinery manufacturers, allows xxthe winch to be housed directly in the machine frame
